During this time the record process is uninterrupted and an additional operator could be viewing via the network connection.

The MPEG4 compression allows the DVR to achieve maximum recording efficiency for the available hard disk drive. Space is extended when compared to other compression techniques. The recording function can be programmed for continuous, alarm or motion recording. Additionally these recordings can be scheduled to start and stop and different parts of the day. Event backup is done via the built in DVD Writer.
